The comparison chart is based on a test with an Intel i9-13900K processor and 2×16 GB SK Hynix DDR5-4800 non-ECC UDIMMs, model HMCG78MEBUA081N
• Please ensure all memory modules are from a single validated kit. Do not combine DIMMs from multiple kits—even if they are the same make and model. Mixing and matching DIMMs can result in failure to boot, and compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
• Always install DIMMs with the same CAS latency. For optimal compatibility, we recommend that you install memory modules of the same version or date code (D/C) from the same vendor. Check with your retailer to get the correct memory modules.

Extensive USB support ensures connections to a wide array of external devices. This TUF GAMING motherboard includes a USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C® port on the rear I/O panel that delivers transfer speeds of up to 20 Gbps.

PCIe 5.0

PCIe 5.0 offers twice the data transfer speed of PCIe 4.0, making it robust enough to handle new data-heavy tasks. PCIe 5.0 also brings other benefits, such as electrical changes to improve signal integrity, backward-compatible CEM connectors for add-in cards, and backward compatibility with previous versions of the PCIe bus.

With an Intel-certified ASUS ThunderboltEX 4 add-on card*, this motherboard can also enable bi-directional speeds of up to 40 Gbps on a single cable. Additionally, this card has a daisy-chain function for multiscreen connection and supports up to an 8K-resolution display. It can also provide up to 100 watts of power to fast-charge devices.
